Shipments to United States destinations are shipped F.O.B. Wilmington, North Carolina, USA or SUPER SMART SHOPPERS’s shipping point. Most small packages are shipped via UPS, FedEX or other common carrier. As directed by the purchaser, shipments may be made by their chosen carrier using freight collect or third party billing. Large orders and/or fragile items may be shipped by UPS Freight or FedEx Freight LTL.

Shipping charges will be based upon the size, weight and destination of the order and may incur an additional handling/ processing charge. Please contact your SUPER SMART SHOPPERS sales representative for an estimate, if desired. Hazmat fees may apply.

We also offer express shipments in a variety of options from Next Day Early A.M. to 3-Day Select. Contact a SUPER SMART SHOPPERS sales representative for more details and express rates. For express shipments of hazardous goods, customers must contact a SUPER SMART SHOPPERS sales representative for availability and applicable charges.

Returns & Cancellations

All products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If we ship you the incorrect product, defective product or damaged product, we will replace it at no cost to you and pay for you to ship the product you would like to return back to us within 30 days of delivery.

If you have a return for other reasons, we will allow returns on all products within 30 days of delivery, except for opened products, used products and a selection of the personal protection equipment and medical supplies. 

Custom orders/products are non-returnable unless there is a defect.

If for any reason you are not happy with the product within 30 days of delivery, we will help find you a replacement or credit your account, after the return process is followed.

This return policy does not apply to those products with warranty provisions that extend beyond the 30 day period.  

We have a return process. In most cases we will need the product shipped back to us or to the manufacturer, an RA # will be produced for the return, and we will either schedule a pick-up or you will be responsible for the return of the product, depending on the situation. Once, the product is returned and restocked, you will be issued a credit or refund.

All returns are subject to a restock fee up to 25%.

Canceling an Order

You must call one of our customer service representatives in order to cancel an order.  If the order has already been shipped, you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for us to receive it upon return. Custom kits and special ordered items not normally carried in stock are sold on a nonreturnable basis. 


Refunds are processed after the product is returned and goes through the return process properly. All returns must have a RA #. Please call or email your Super Smart Shoppers account manager when needing to process a return. Please do not ship any product or order back without an RA #. We will not be able to accept any returns without a RA #.


If paying with a credit card, we can refund the credit card within 30 days. If paying with other methods of  payment, we can credit the account or issue a check. After 30 days, all returns will recive a credit, after approval.


Limitation of Liability

Super Smart Shoppers will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages. Super Smart Shoppers is not responsible for delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control. Super Smart Shoppers' aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any products purchased through this site Super Smart Shoppers.
